Terms of use
PHPass provides the passport platform. These terms apply when an organizer runs an event on PHPass and when an attendee opens a passport. Philippine law governs them, including where liability can be limited.

The organizer’s event
The organizer is responsible for their event, the people they invite, and the content they upload. PHPass does not run the event.
Attendees
Use your own email. Scan codes only for an event you are attending. The privacy policy describes what the passport stores.
Accounts
Keep organizer accounts private. An attendee session stays on that person’s phone.
Abuse
PHPass may suspend access that abuses the service.
Availability and liability
The service is provided as available. Liability is limited to the extent Philippine law allows. Disputes are governed by Philippine law.
